a. Once the payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order. Dispatch timeframe may be around 1-3 days after payment confirmation. Customer will be updated about the status of dispatch.
b. A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
c. Customers are requested to track their parcel status on the courier website and can contact them at destination location using their tracking id.
d. Please do not place urgent orders as sometimes there may be delays due to unavoidable reasons.

3. Without 360 degree parcel opening video, no refunds will be processed.
4. Customers are requested to get all the details of the product before ordering. There will be no returns or exchange.
