Ordering Process

1. Customers will view products on our website and place order using the “Order on Whatsapp” button.

2. Once we receive the order, we will check for the availability of the product. Customer will be informed about the availability status. At this point customer can request for any other details about the product.

3. If the product is available, the customer will be informed on whatsapp. Payment instructions will be shared with customer. Please do not share address information until requested by the team.

4. Orders will be booked once customer makes the payment and shares the payment details or screen shot of the payment made and is confirmed in our account.

5. Once payment is confirmed in our accounts, customer can share address and the order will be processed and dispatched. Dispatch timeframe may be between 1-3 days after payment confirmation.

6. Customer will be updated on the status of dispatch along with the tracking details. Customer can track the parcel online on the courier website.

7. Customers are requested to make a 360 degree video of parcel opening without any cuts or edits. Parcel Opening video is a must for any damage claims

8. We do not ask for any OTP or any code or share any link in our processing. Please do not share any OTP or any other code shared on SMS or click any link.
